A Death in the Family

… what would I link to?

The links to my aunt already so engraved, not broken in the least.

Ley lines of the heart. Indestructible by any normal means. Like light.

Light. Yes: her life’s barely begun its busy beaming out and out. Passing alpha centuri any day now. As will mine, in an eye-blink or two. Perhaps our paths will cross, meet, join again …

Oh silly, human mind, that would cast itself everywhere but here.

When the portion before us already shines forever. Like a long swim in a warm ocean with someone you hold dear, she a boon companion in the float. We talk quietly, endlessly, the water and sky are so beautiful.

Oh blue water, oh ocean sky, remember me, dear A, I will always carry you.
